We offer flat-rate standard shipping of $9.95 across Australia, with free delivery on all orders over $100. Express shipping options are also available at checkout for a small additional fee.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Orders to major cities like Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane usually arrive faster than regional areas.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Serendipity Australia ships exclusively within Australia and to New Zealand. We are looking into expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
